The short version: the form data you send us is used to talk to you, analytics tell us which companies visit, and nothing is sold to anyone.
Who we are
ALIF LABS ("ALIF", "we", "us") builds AI teammates that learn how organizations work. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, contact us at founders@joinalif.com.
This policy covers joinalif.com, our marketing website. Customer deployments of the ALIF product are governed by the agreement signed with each customer, which takes precedence for product data.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the intro form we collect your name, work email, company, role, phone number, country, team size, industry, and the workflow you describe. We use it to respond to your inquiry and prepare for the conversation you requested — nothing else.
Information collected automatically. We use Snitcher and Leadsy/Instantly with RB2B for business-visitor analytics and identification. These services process technical and site-activity information, such as IP address, pages visited, and browser or device information, to help us understand website use and estimate which company a visit came from. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
Booking. If you book a call through Calendly, your booking details are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use customer product data to train AI models. The marketing-site visitor analytics we use are described above.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers that run this site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivers your form submission to our inbox), Snitcher and Leadsy/Instantly with RB2B (business-visitor analytics and identification), Calendly (scheduling, if you book), and Google Fonts (font delivery, which involves your IP address reaching Google). Each receives data for the purpose described here.
Retention
Form submissions live in our email inbox and are kept as long as the conversation is relevant. Analytics data is retained according to the applicable provider settings and terms. Ask us at any time to delete what we hold about you.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email founders@joinalif.com and we will respond promptly. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the UAE PDPL or the GDPR), we honor the rights those laws give you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Material changes to how we handle form data will be noted plainly at the top of this page.
